Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from The Salty Palomino. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for in-store credit only. If a return request is initiated, the item must be postmarked no more than 14 days of receiving your order. After this time, your item would not be eligible for return. Please note items on clearance are not eligible for returns.

All returned items will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Items must be in perfect condition with original packaging to be accepted for return. No stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

If you need to initiate a return, please follow the below steps:

  1. Please log into your account to initiate the return process
  2. Complete the return form
  3. Place the item(s) along with your original packing slip preferably in the package your item was originally shipped in.
  4. Remove all other shipping labels on your package
  5. Print and place the shipping label that was provided when you completed the return form. 
  6. Take your return package to the applicable shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL). 
  7. We will process your in store credit once we have received and inspected the product.
  8. You will be notified via email once your in store credit has been applied.
