How long do I have to return an Item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to return any item you are not satisfied with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging. Please include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your order and we will gladly provide you with in store credit.  

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, log into your customer account and begin your return. You will be provided a return shipping label to affix to your package. The customer initiating the return is responsible for packaging and shipping costs of item(s) being returned. Items returned without initiating a return through your customer account will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.

What if my order comes damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long until my in store credit is approved?
We will notify you once we receive and inspected your returned item(s). Once approved, you will automatically be given a store credit and will receive a confirmation email. 

Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are are available for purchase on the website.
