Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you received your item to postmark and return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to include the receipt or proof of purchase inside the return package.

To initiate a return, you can log into your account at https://thesaltypalomino.com/account/login and initiate the return. Return postage will be deducted from your account prior to receiving in store credit.

As long as your return meets the eligible requirements it will be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we promptly address the issue.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, items that are purchased on clearance will not be accepted for return. 

 

Exchanges
Due to frequent changes in inventory we do not allow exchange but rather in store credit only.

 

In Store Credit 
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email, notifying you of your store credit.
